In 2009 Microsoft sold their ESP sim engine (the foundation for MS Flight Simulator X or FSX) to Lockheed Martin who used to to create Prepar3D.  Microsoft then went on to develop its video game Flight, which has been panned by die-hard flight simmers.

FSX addons are supposed to work with Prepar3D.  However, Lockheed Martin is charging $10 per month for Prepar3D or a $499 one time charge.  FSX, on the other hand, sells for under $30…

X-Plane 10 sells for around $75, but you can get the open source FlightGear for nothing.

My old Campbell Hausfeld framing nailer doesn’t have one, and after using it this weekend I decided I needed a newer framing nailer that has a single fire sequential-trip trigger.  I narrowed my choices down to a Hitachi model and one from Porter Cable.  Since the Porter Cable is a much older model, I chose the Hitachi.
